Il locale è piccolo e molto accogliente. C'è un profumo di caffè fresco nell'aria. Mi siedo a un tavolino vicino alla finestra. Prendo il mio libro di italiano e inizio a leggere.

The place is small and very cozy. There is a scent of fresh coffee in the air. I sit at a small table near the window. I take my Italian book and start to read.

All'improvviso, una ragazza si avvicina al mio tavolo. Lei sorride gentilmente. La ragazza mi guarda e dice: Ciao, questo posto è libero? Io sono un po' nervoso ma rispondo con un sorriso. Lei è molto simpatica e ha un libro in mano. Forse anche lei studia qualcosa di interessante. Il mio cuore batte veloce perché voglio parlare in italiano. È il momento perfetto per fare una nuova conoscenza oggi.

Suddenly, a girl approaches my table. She smiles kindly. The girl looks at me and says: Hi, is this seat free? I am a little nervous but I respond with a smile. She is very nice and has a book in her hand. Perhaps she is also studying something interesting. My heart beats fast because I want to speak in Italian. It is the perfect moment to make a new acquaintance today.
